iron man 3
When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy's hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices...
Iron Man 3 is fun, action packed and super entertaining. Not only is it a great superhero movie, but it's the best Iron Man film yet. Robert Downey Jr. nails it perfectly as Tony Stark, the "genius billionaire playboy philanthropist". He has that attitude that I love about him, and I liked the chemistry between him and the kid he meets when he crashes and breaks his suit. Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang director, Shane Black does a fantastic job, even better than Jon Favreau did with the first and second Iron Man movies. Ken Kingsley makes an awesome villain as The Mandarin. There's a twist with his character that some people will like or hate. I did not see it coming. Guy Pearce is also good as Aldrich Killian, a scientist involved with Nano Technology who had a crush on Pepper Potts in high school and wants revenge for what Tony did to him in 1999 on New Years Eve. The witty dialogue and humour is from the previous films are still there. Tony Stark's Nano-bots in the last action scene are really cool. I didn't bother seeing this in 3D, so I can't say weather it's worth the extra money or not. Not quite as great as The Avengers, but Iron Man 3 is still loads of fun. If this is the last Iron Man movie, it's a great conclusion to the trilogy.
